Tehran, IRNA – The members of the Supreme Assembly of Commanders of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) will meet later on Thursday morning with Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei in Imam Khomeini Husseiniya, Tehran.
The annual meeting of the members of the Supreme Assembly of Commanders of the IRGC with Supreme Leader has not been held in recent years due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The last meeting was held four years ago with the presence of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, Iran’s top anti-terror general who was assassinated by the United States a few months after the meeting.
