Iran’s cabinet renews allegiance with founder of Islamic Revolution

Tehran, IRNA – President Ebrahim Raisi and his cabinet members have paid homage to the founder of the Islamic Republic, the late Imam Khomeini at his mausoleum in southern Tehran.

Ebrahim Raisi, accompanied by his cabinet members renewed allegiance to the ideals of the late Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic, on Tuesday morning, two days before the start of the Administration Week in Iran.

Iranian President and members of the cabinet also paid tribute to the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defence.

This ceremony was also attended by Hassan Khomeini, the custodian of the mausoleum of Imam Khomeini (RA).

Administration Week in Iran falls on August 24 which marks the martyrdom of former President Mohammad Ali Rajaei and his prime minister – Mohammad Javad Bahonar.
