Tehran, IRNA – Iran’s security forces have arrested two foreign nationals affiliated with the Daesh terrorist group, who hatched a plot to carry out sabotage in Malard County, Tehran Province.
An informed source told IRNA correspondent late on Sunday that the elements were detained by Iranian intelligence forces prior to succeeding in committing any act of sabotage.
According to the informed source, the two Daesh affiliates intended to take the opportunity of potential protests to implement their plots.
Amid a confrontation between these terrorists and Iranian security forces, a security staff was wounded.
