Foundation of the Imperial Army of Iran – When Reza Khan Mirpanj became Minister of War, he took control of three military forces in Iran: A. 7- The elements of the war of the whole army should immediately enter the formation of the elements of the war of the military centers and report the result of their actions to me. [4]

The organization of the next pillar of my army will be as follows:
A- The Adjutant Circle of the whole army, which will be headed by Lieutenant Colonel Ali Khan Riyazi.

C- The third department of directorate, the head of which is the elected commander.
D- The fourth correct circle of the army, which will be headed by Sardar Amir Alam.
E- The Fifth Battalion of the Army, headed by Lieutenant Colonel Mushir Alam.
The heads of the above departments will form their branches immediately in accordance with the separate orders given.
Colonel Azizullah Khan was appointed as the director general of the army schools and immediately organized all the military schools in the Masoudiyah mansion [5] and will report his views on the new organization of the school.

– 3rd Khorasan Division – was organized under the command of Major General Hossein Khazaei in Mashhad and its headquarters was entrusted to Lt. Col. Mohammad Hossein Mirza Jahanbani.
