As more than 190 Million people along with Iranians from nineteen different nations around the world celebrate the first day of Spring with the sun illuminating directly over the equator on equinox, majestically, evenly divided between North and South Hemispheres; please accept our sincerest congratulations and warm wishes to you and your great nation, the people of America, for Nowruz 2019. During the past three years you have spoken directly to Iranians and for that you have been nicknamed President of Hearts and Trump the Lion Heart. 
Iranians applaud you and your administration, for promises kept and tireless work to Make America Great Again. Meanwhile painfully witnessing our beloved Iran fallen as a Failed State into hands of occupying regime ravaging Iranians’ resources. Indeed, Iranians greatly appreciate Secretary Pompeo’s remarkable 48page report “Outlaw Regime” thoroughly enlisting Islamic Republic’s Forty Years of Failure resume. 
Occupying apartheid regime continues ruthless oppression of innocent civilians, least of which is to limit access to internet. Despite, Iranians have showed great courage through civil disobedience in many ways and have tried to uprise against the evil of theocratic kleptocracy of the Islamic Republic. 
Only a brief glance at Islamic Republic’s constitution and motto to rule the “Islamic world” is testimony to violating international treaties. In light of escalating Islamic extremism that caused nearly 84,000 deaths, only in 2017,spreading hate and division, gruesome terror attacks have now reached yet another continent. Iranians want an end to Islamic Republic occupying regime destructive behavior that is bloodied with many nations along with the brave American Soldiers’ blood who courageously sacrificed their lives to help the struggling Afghan and Iraqi people in the fight against radical Islamic terrorism.
Iranians forewarn global stability and security is dependent on empowering Iranians to end Islamic Republic Failed State through Iranians’ own devices. Prior to 1979, allUnited States Presidents allied with Iran’s Constitution 1906 allowing our nations to be best allies and demonstrate exemplary relations model for all nations,while maintaining peace and stability for the longest period in current world history. 
 
 
 
After many years of research and opposition struggle with extremely complicated and difficult circumstances working under Islamic Republic reign of terror, the least costly and best route has always been too close to see. Most important and integral part of this research is to be aligned with legalities, Iranian culture while reflecting Iranians’voices from inside Iran as well as Iranians’ uprising since December 2017.
Here, we come forth with a Real Solution to declare Iran’s Constitution 1906 as a valid and legal document with potential to be updated in language and form like any other constitution. Iran’s Constitution 1906 is woven intricately into Iranians’ pride and history and will be the least costly and best path to Secular Democracy for Iran. We believe through utilizing Constitution 1906, a government in exile from Iranians inside Iran and abroad can be formed formally to fill the vacuum of the Failed State. When in Iran, a Free and Fair election for a Constitutional Parliament will be held to update the Constitution to secular democracy. Subsequently, a referendum will decide the form of the government by Iranians for Iran.
 
As past is prologue, Iranians have been the best allies of the Free World and will ensure stability of the most volatile region of the globe only if allowed trusted representationwith their own devices. With great aspirations, Iranians welcome Nowruz 2019 and wish to embrace peace with all free and freedom loving nations, again.

همچنان  که بیش از ۱۹۰ میلیون از جهانیان ازنوزده کشور گوناگون در سراسر جهان همراه با ایرانیان روز اول بهار و تابش راستین و برابر نور خورشید ما بین نیمکره شمالی و جنوبی را در شکوفایی  بهاری جشن می‌گیرند؛ صمیمانه‌ترین شادباش های  نوروزی و بهترین آرزوهای گرم ما را برای شما و ملت بزرگ آمریکا، پذیرا باشید. 
از انجاکه در سه سالی که گذشت شما مستقیم با ایرانیان سخن گفته اید، به سپاس از آن ،در میان ایرانیان  با رئیس جمهور قلب‌ها و ترامپ شیر دل از شما یاد میکنند. 
ایرانیان شاهد پایبندی ریاست جمهوری امریکا به وعده‌ها و تلاشهای  خستگی ناپذیر دولت شما در راستای بازگرداندن ایالات متحده به دوران اوج خود میباشند.  دراین حال، چه دردناک که شاهد نابودی ایران عزیزمان بدست رژیمی اشغالگر که منابع ایرانیان را چپاول کرده و به ویرانی کشانده است میباشیم . در واقع، ایرانیان از وزیر امور خارجه آمریکا ، جناب مایک پمپئو، بابت پژوهش کامل  وگزارش ۴۸ برگی چهل سال شکست جمهوری اسلامی  تحت عنوان «رژیم غیرقانونی » قدردانی  میکنند.
رژیم آپارتاید و اشغالگر جمهوری اسلامی بی رحمانه‌ترین ستم‌ها را در حق ایرانیان  روا می‌دارد، که حداقلِ آن محدود کردنِ دسترسی به اینترنت است. ایستادگی ایرانیان, با شهامت فراوان, در مقابل نظام اشغالگر خشن, مذهبی و دزدسالار جمهوری اسلامی, مایه افتخار انسانیت است.
 نگاهی گذرا به قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی و شعار «حکومت بر جهان اسلام»، دلیلی روشن بر نقض معاهدات بین‌المللی توسط این رژیم است. با توجه به افزایش سلطه‌‌ گرایی اسلامی که تنها در سال ۲۰۱۷ باعث مرگ نزدیک به ۸۴۰۰۰ تن شده،  گسترش نفرت و حملات تروریستی وحشتناک به بیشتر مناطق جهان رسیده است. ایرانیان خواستار پایان دادن به جمهوری اسلامی هستند، چرا که رفتارهای ویرانگر این رژیم اشغالگر،  با خون بسیاری از مردم جهان  و با خون سربازان آمریکایی که شجاعانه در افغانستان و عراق در مبارزه با تروریسم اسلامی رادیکال، کشته شده‌اند، آبیاری شده است.
ثبات و امنیت جهانی وابسته به توانمندسازی ایرانیان برای پایان بخشیدن به جمهوری اسلامی توسط خود ایشان است. پیش از سال ۱۹۷۹، تمامی رؤسای جمهوری آمریکا  درراستای قانون اساسی سال ۱۹۰۶ انقلاب مشروطه ایران، بارزترین متحدان ایران بودند و روابط ایران و آمریکا نه تنها بهترین نمونه والگویی برای جهانیان  بلکه بانی حفظ صلح و ثبات برای طولانی‌ترین دوره در تاریخ معاصر جهان بوده است.
پس از سال‌ها پژوهش و مبارزه در شرایط خطیر و دشوار و زیر تهدید وترور حکومت جمهوری اسلامی، کم هزینه ترین و بهترین مسیر برای رهایی ایران، پشتیبانی از ندای ایرانیان درون مرز و حمایت از خیزش ملی آنان به ویژه مثال آنچه که در دسامبر ۲۰۱۷ از کوچکترین بخشها شد و به استانهای بزرگ به ارامی رشد وگسترش یافت، میباشد.
در اینجا، ما پیشگام شده و راه گره گشایی را پشتیبانی از قانون اساسی مشروطه ایران (مصوب در سال۱۹۰۶ میلادی) به عنوان سندی معتبر و مرامنامه‌ ارزشمند تاریخی با پتانسیل به روز رسانی در زبان و شکل مانند هر قانون اساسی دیگر اعلام  میکنیم.
قانون اساسی سال ۱۹۰۶ ایران، از گنجینه های ملی ایران، عجین به غرور و بارو راز افتخار ایرانیان است. بر این باوریم که استفاده از آن، کم هزینه‌ترین و بهترین راهگشا برای ساخت دمکراسی سکولار در ایران است.
ایرانیان بارها و بارها و در هر فرصتی،  عدم مشروعیت جمهوری اسلامی را از دید خود به جهانیان اعلام کرده‌اند. ایرانیان بارها عشق و دوستی را به ملت‌های آزاد هدیه کرده‌ و هر زمان که نیاز بوده، به گواه تاریخ، قهرمانانه به نجات دیگران شتافته‌اند.
به گواه تاریخ، ایرانیان همواره بهترین متحدان جهان آزاد و ضامن ثبات پایدار در متلاطم ترین  منطقه جهان بوده‌اند. در نهایت با بهترین آرزوها، نوروز ۲۰۱۹ را شادباش می‌گوییم و آرزوی صلح و آزادی برای تمام ملل آزاد و دوستدار آزادی در دنیا را خواستاریم.

Attention: World leaders and All freedom loving citizens of the world as we com-forth with
Declaration for Promissory Diligence to Iran’s Constitutional 1906 Movement:
We The People of Iran from inside and outside Iran have gathered to acknowledge and reflect voices of Iranians from the smallest villages to the largest cities; to hereby declare restoring national promise with the Constitutional movement of Mashruteh and its progressive White Revolution of 1963 for reinstating lawful order of Iranians’ self-governance and maintaining sovereignty of Iran per 7th article as well as the 26th amendment of Iran’s Constitution 1906 under the national sun and lion flag of Iran to  declare unity as many times called for by H.I.M. Prince Reza Pahlavi.
We are lawfully uniting and inclusive of all Iranians designating Council with potential to expand in numbers to bring liberation, law and order to Iran with dynamic replacement for transition from current brutal kleptocratic theocracy of Islamic Republic that occupied Iran through lies and conspiracy as exposed now by historical documents as well as testimonials by the occupying regime itself.
Islamic Republic has been embattled with the international community, invasive by nature while against international treaties and threat to global security from its illegitimate inception in Iran .
Per Constitution 1906 and its White Revolution of 1963 We along all Iranians have lawful assignment to denounce all contracts that compromise national Iran sovereignty territorial integrity and security.
Clearly, after the fall of the Islamic Republic occupying regime in Iran through the Will of Iranians, a national and free election by Iranians will be upheld to determine the form of government while Constitutional parliament will update Iran’s constitution 1906 to secular democracy.
In this historic national movement, for promissory renewal & diligence to Iran’s Constitution 1906 and its progressive referendum of 1963, we are requesting participation from all freedom loving Iranian patriots to come forth with all their available means to support call for Iran unity and liberation under one flag while steadfast on road to Integrate Iran with the free world for free and fair trade for all Iranians to reclaim Iran again.

Calling for unity of all Iranians around the world as, with hearts full of pain, we have all witnessed the gradual destruction of our beloved Iran at the hands of the Islamic Republic Occupied Iran for the past forty years.

Brave Iranians’ daily embattlements with the occupying regime continue under the most difficult and treacherous circumstances. Many Iranians brutally perished and remarkable talents are wasted despite all their capacities and abilities demoralizing many with inequality and oppression of human dignity.

 

Fellow citizens: On the eve of the one hundred and thirteenth anniversary of the Iranian Constitutional Revolution of 1906, we emphasize that what transpired in 1906 thru 1912 was The Constitutional Revolution, and what transpired in 1963 thru 1969 was the White revolution. However, what transpired in 1979, after forty years of disclosed evidences, documents, and living testimonials, we emphatically declare it as the catastrophe of 1979.

The catastrophe of 1979 led to the illegal cessation of Iran’s constitution of 1906 and to the abolition of basic human rights; especially impacting women’s suffrage under sharia law, succumbing them to gender apartheid, and creating grave danger for anyone who protests against this discrimination. Iranians  have been and are subject to daily suffering humiliations, beatings, imprisonments, tortures, and brutal executions!

In a world where women in many countries are progressing in the political, economic, scientific, cultural, artistic, and sports fields of men, Iranian women courageously fight tremendous repression only to face brutal violations of their basic human rights.

We, along, with peaceful equality,  seeking women and activists inside Iran and around the world condemn  the multi apartheid occupying regime in Iran. In this regard, we emphasize that Iran’s Constitution 1906 Ira Reform of 1963 known as the White Revolution are Iran’s national treasures and the heritage entrusted to us by our grandmothers and grandfathers who fought for freedom and democracy,  “Not Subject to HOLIDAY”, and remain the law of the land to guard the territorial integrity of Iran and to protect the human dignity of all Iranians.

We, along with all Iranian freedom fighters inside Iran and abroad, who hold up the true Lion and Sun Flag of Iran, stand by the true law of Iranians, the Constitution of 1906, and it’s White Revolution Reforms, and do hereby call for its immediate enforcement under the United Nations Charter for humans rights and international treaties. Like any other free country, we call for this until such a time as when Free Elections will be upheld in Iran so that a parliamentary constitutional assembly can update the law of the land and create a secular democracy followed by referendum for type of governance by Iranians for Iran.
